Text message program

By providing a telephone number and submitting the form, you are consenting to be contacted by SMS text message and agreeing to our Privacy Policy. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messaging. Reply HELP for more information.

• Program description. Hydro Dam LLC sends messages about your estimate, scheduling and confirming your free assessment, installation and service updates, storm-season reminders, and occasional offers. We reply in the same thread when you text us a question. We never send you messages on behalf of another company.
• How you opt in. By submitting a form on this site that includes your phone number, by giving your number to us over the phone or in person at an assessment, or by texting us first.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can decline texts and still get your estimate, your appointment and your warranty. We will reach you by phone or email instead.
• Message frequency. Frequency varies with your project. Most people receive only a handful of messages around a quote or an appointment.
• Cost. We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply through your mobile carrier.
• To stop. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one confirmation, and nothing after that.

• Supported carriers. Major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with the subcontractors who provide support services to us, such as the messaging platform that delivers the texts, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
