The details

The Titanium Series is HydroDam's commercial flood-protection platform. Heavier plank stock, reinforced posts, and taller stacking handle wide storefronts, loading docks, parking garages, and multi-family entries. When downtime costs thousands an hour, Titanium deploys fast and holds the line.

Engineered features

  • Reinforced commercial-gauge planks
  • Heavy-duty load-rated posts
  • Taller stack height for deeper water
  • Crew-deployable in minutes
  • Engineered for wide spans
  • FEMA-compliant build

What is the Titanium Series built for?

Openings where the spans get wider and the water gets deeper than residential systems are designed to handle: storefronts and ground-floor retail, HOA and condo building entries, rental portfolios, loading docks, parking garage mouths, and municipal infrastructure. Titanium uses heavier commercial-gauge plank stock, reinforced load-rated posts, and taller stack heights, because a 12-foot storefront holding back three feet of surge carries loads a doorway barrier never sees. When downtime costs thousands an hour, the barrier is the cheap part.

How does commercial deployment work?

The same drop-in principle as our residential systems, scaled up: posts are pre-mounted at each opening, and planks stack down the channels onto the gasket seal. Wide spans use engineered intermediate supports, and a small crew can seal a typical commercial frontage in minutes, fast enough to deploy on a storm-watch afternoon without closing early. Property managers get the same walkthrough homeowners do, so any staff member on shift can run the deployment.

How is the Titanium Series priced?

Titanium is quote-only: commercial openings vary too much in span, height, and engineering requirements for a flat rate, and we'd rather give you a real number than a fake one. The process is a site assessment of your openings and flood exposure, then an engineered spec and a written proposal. If you're comparing bids, bring them; the spec makes line-by-line comparison easy. Start with the contact page or call (727) 613-1415.

Does it meet FEMA guidance?

Yes. Like every HydroDam system, Titanium is built to comply with FEMA flood-protection guidance, and commercial installs are performed under our Florida contractor license (#CBC1269077). For commercial property owners that matters twice: once for the engineering itself, and again for the documentation your insurer and your tenants' leases increasingly ask for. Protection heights are specced against the property's FEMA flood zone and base flood elevation during the assessment.
